1. What is the time frame for a rental?

We have 3 or 6 months terms available, but we can negotiate on other terms. Please call for pricing.

2. Is there a damage deposit when I sign a rental agreement? Is there a damage policy?

We do not have a damage deposit upfront, but if any fencing is damaged, a $120 fee per damaged panel will be applied and due at term end/pickup.

3. Is there a minimum order?

Minimum of $200 per order.

4. What are the dimensions of each fence panel?

Our fence panels are 12ft long x 6ft high.

5. What do I do if I have issues with my rental?

With any problems, call our representative directly at 504-462-0668. A member of our team will be out as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

6. How far in advance do I need to call to set up a rental?

Feel free to call anytime to schedule an estimate.  Upon client approval, small fence orders can usually be scheduled and installed next business day. Large orders may take 2-3 days from the time of order to placement of panels.

7. Do you provide wind screen? Is it included?

Rent a Fence NOLA does have privacy screen/wind protection available upon request for $2.25/ft. Footage will match the total footage of fence installed. Sandbags will be extra to anchor fencing at $8/bag.

8. Are gates included with my rental?

Gates can be installed for additional $150/gate. Extra wheels are $20/each.

9. Can I extend my rental after it has been set up?

Yes, rentals can be extended before or at contract expiration for a new term or month to month. Call our representative to coordinate.
